I am going to say Capcom. The wii is getting/got alot of good games from capcom such as okami,mh3, and re 4 wii edition.

Second would be Se. They got a few quality titles coming to the wii like FFCC:TCB,FFCC:MLaaK, and, Chocobos Dungeon.

I agree with Capcom, but I don't think Square should come second, their support has been bad until now.
Sega would be a better choice I think.
