I like both equally. They are both kind of "breaks" from each other for me. You can explore the world and find new things, but at a point, constantly going through the land and/or teleporting to places can get tiring, and doing the next dungeon is a nice break from that (and it's possible that new things can open up because you finished the dungeon). It's like that for me at least.

Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!

Dungeons, easily. They're like the chocolate chips in the cookie.

Tightly structured levels > open ended exploration.

I think I do it for both..? I love exploring the world, but I love doing some fun puzzle solving as well.

I go with both.

As a whole I would say the Overworld although I enjoy the dungeons in the 2D Zelda games too. With a few exceptions I'm not really a fan of most 3D Zelda dungeons.

The World.

The dungeon deliver some iconic memories and sense of accomplishment but most of the fun and enjoyment comes from the bits imbetween. I loved Majora's Mask and Can't remember a single dungeon in the game. Almost the same with WindWaker.

I love both, exploring the world, solving the puzzles in the dungeon, so much fun

The first Zelda's dungeons were also puzzles. Zelda 2, ALTTP... they all had puzzles. Idk what you're talking about.

That is absolutely false outside of ALttP a little bit.

It really depends of the game, I can't choose. For example, I like exploring the Great Sea in the Wind Waker or Hyrule in Minish Cap, but I like the dungeons in Ocarina of Time and A Link the past. I loved all that stuff you do in between dungeons in Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, like the Tears of Light/Silent Realm, or the battle against King Bubulin to save Colin, than the dungeons itself.

He is not wrong. You have to solve even some puzzles to reach dungeons, like burning a burst, choosing the right path in the Lost Woods, or Ganon's dungeons is a puzzle in itself. Zelda 2 has also some of the puzzles, like the dungeon where you need to fall to the abism in a certain path.
