No DLC? That sucks, but it will still sell well.

Hell, I'll probably buy it. I don't understand why the stupid huge delay if there's STILL no DLC plans, but then again, I don't really care about DLC unless it's a REALLY good song pack, as the main game should have plenty to keep my friends entertained.

If I had a 360 or PS3, I'd get Rock Band for that, but I don't, so I don't really have a choice. I don't even care that much, but my friends really want the game and they'll end up paying for their share of it, since I'm not paying $170 for one videogame hehe.

This bugs me a lot. I'll probably just skip Rock Band altogether. If it was just lack of DLC, I would choose between getting it for the PS3 or the Wii in spite of that. But no online is stupidity and people who do that don't deserve my money. I'm not getting it, as of now.

OT: I don't think I'd ever pay more than $80 for a game, let alone $170. I wonder when, if ever, the price will be dropped and if so by how much?

This is cool for people who only own a Wii. For everyone else, get it for PS3/360. I have Rock Band for PS3 and love it.

No DLC OR Online Play. That's right, not even up to par with GH III on the Wii, let alone taking advantage of the Wii's new DLC features.

This is just a PS2 port, folks.  

IMO the only reason to delay the release was to TRY to integrate some sort of DLC into the wii version via wiiware. Either that or they're just retarded.

I'm leaning towards option 2.

At least from EA.  Wii got the best version of GH3 though so I don't really mind.  I wasn't going to buy this anyway (already "in a band" on my friend's 360), and DLC that costs money is just for suckers anyway.
