snip.

There doesn't have to be another fighting game from Capcom for a while. Think of Driveclub and you've got what Capcom are trying to do.

Yeah, I have DC and totally get what you mean. It has become a fantastic game with a great selection of cars, tracks and events....

From the SFV menu I could see where it might expand to be comparably fleshed out. I don't know if SF will get the same word of mouth as DC though as the graphical authenticity and rain update really spread the word for DC.

They just need to keep supporting it and not just now and then. Word of mouth will do the work just as it has with Driveclub.

The PS5 Exists.

Good. Maybe releasing a non complete game like this, will teach them to stop being greedy.

due to lack of content?

Lol at the people keep repeating on forums that Capcom wouldn't have made SF5 without Sony, a sequel to the most popular fighting game ever. It would come, just not as fast.

Also off topic but Sony's 3rd party deals have sucked mostly. Destiny was a bad game, same with SW Battlefront, all had content issues as well.

I don't think it's the most popular ever, maybe top 3 or top 5 but not number 1

Looking at your PSN profile youre calling capcom greedy but you have bought  and supported Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, how much cost their season pass?

I don't know, i didn't buy the season pass. I waited until i was able to get Advanced Warfare for $15, since all that i play is story mode.

They're probably going to ave to re-launch it at this point, once all the content is added.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking and rethink the price too. Having a low barrier to entry like a PS+ version or a basic version with a small number of characters for 20 euro might generate interest.

We dont need sf

Tekken could end up being exclusive on PS4 as well

I said from the start that I'd be shocked if it sold 2m copies. Looks like I was right. Should have made it multiplat from the start, Capcom. Now you will be stuck with this on PS4 when it could be on NX and Xbox One. I hope it was worth it.

Except Microsoft saw to it that that wouldn't happen with their no cross-play policy.

Same reason SkullGirls and Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward didn't come to XB1.
