This game looks too limited for me.

In what way?. For me i love everything about this game, the only HUGE! let down for me is no building since thats one of my fav parts about games like this |
It's pretty much the same sort of let down for me but I'm still going to get it. The building element would have extended my gameplay and enjoyment levels though.

| zero129 said: Same and this is what has me worried about the game is "How long before i get bored?". Like i know the is billions of planets etc, but imo without building and stuff like that, it will only be so long before i get bored of just visiting them planets if the isnt much to do other then explore. |
Same, I like exploration and discovery but after a while it becomes boring and samey.

The Graphics aint the greatest right now, but they are still working on it for their next major update. And as you can see in this 2nd vid, they are going to get much better
Think i should make a thread on this game to let more people know about it |
considering I own space Engineers and play STardew Valley, I won't have a problem playing this =P.

There's not much to do or see in this game from what I'm seeing. There's no story, no actual gaming mechanics and as far as I can tell, not much variety.
So, getting to the centre of the universe opens up more of the game ...
And here's the recent footage with only the sounds of the game:
The PS5 Exists.

Don't know why he seemingly dodged the multiplayer question, I mean him talking of "traces" being left behind is akin to someone leaving message traces behind for other players in the Souls franchise or other titles that feature "co-op" forms like in Dragon's Dogma where you can rent another player's pawn. All the answer should have been was more of a yes and not really "chances of finding another player are rare but you'll definitely come across something they tagged or planet they were known to have discovered". The lack of actual co-op or multiplayer feels like another let down for me besides the lack of building.
The frame rate question sounds odd to me considering all the footage I've been seeing for the game is apparently all from the PS4 version, I haven't seen any PC exclusive footage of any sort so far all so I can't fathom how the person asking the question even knows how the PC version performs at all.
Nice to see that both versions will release at the same time but I'm a little iffy with how he's going about supporting both in the future, I've seen small teams able to support two platforms before, last thing I want is for him to stop patching one version of the game while working on the other,
I do hope that "journey" to the center is a fun one and not a grindfest, some adventures can be fun, especially when you try reaching endgame but there are also times where the adventure can become tedious and mundane.
