I hope Capcom makes RE4 HD this time around. If I'm not mistaken, the game wasn't even 720p natively on ps3, only upscaled.

I'd totally buy them if they were packed in a HD collection, just like RE1/RE0 (which I just bought). But as standalone... and digital only... no thanks. I'll patiently wait for the eventual physical RE Super Pack.
