So, for Easter, my friend brought his 360 over and his Rock Band set.

Good times, folks. It's like Guitar Hero on crack.  My friend played the drums, I was on the Guitar, and my sister was on the microphone.  Then, my sister's boyfriend brought his Guitar Hero guitar, so we had a full band.

I got to play the Bass a little, and also I worked the mic. I didn't get to do the drums, but they look wild. I had the most fun on the Guitar.

I didn't even realize you could customize your band (clothes, accessories, tattoos, hairdos, etc) until close to the end. So, needless to say, I will be picking this game up eventually. I can see myself sinking hours upon hours into it. It's addictive.

Anyone else play this?

I remember playing Rock Band back in the 80's.

It looks like pretty awesome fun, but I'm not going to buy it. It's only going to be that fun when there are people to play it with, and the price tag doesn't justify the occasional level of play I'd get from it.

Still haven't tried but I really really want to try it out.

I'll try to go over to my friend's tomorrow to play.

God yes, I was playing the hell out of that game for awhile then COD4 and Smash Bros. came out. I'll probably get back into it, especially if they release some Muse or Billy Talent songs for download. I play mostly singer, I'm Asian so karaoke is just in my blood ;)

Lol, hell yes!  I've got it for my ps3.

I love Rock Band.  I have some funny stories I could tell---lol, I had a Rock Band party with free Filet Mignon's and booze....had over 30 freaking people show up!  I woke up the next morning and people were still playing at 9:00 A.M.  They hadn't even gone to bed yet. 

I couldn't get the singing part down at all.

But I still had fun trying. And, the rock out part when you can do whatever, I was like ... screaming into the mic Good times.

I'm probably gonna get Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, and Rock Band, so I can have the full band.

I can see myself doing that. It's so fun. Harmonix are geniuses.

They should make a keyboard!

Dolla -- The game is wicked fun. You need to try the drums. I'm textbook cracker and have not-so-great rhythm, but I've managed to get through the drums solo tour on Medium and keep all my scores in the 95+ %. I'm taking a bit of break from it, but I'll be starting up hard on guitar next.

I think the music selection in the game is quite good. It could have used a dozen or more "mega-hits" but is pretty good out of the box. I am kind of disappointed in the downloadable songs, though.

You need to get on those drums.... They are a great time...
