Forums - Gaming - "Sekindo" ads is ruining my VGChartz experience. Thinking of leaving this website.

It was a reply yo one of the other comments, so check for those if you do not see it. As you can see, I was a little hard on PC fanboys BUT I never called anyone a fanboy. I was addressing a reply that someone else made trying to make out PC fanboys the victim. I said my piece and then he proceeded to twist my words and flat out lie in his reply. I called him out on it because either he was trying to troll me, or he was just not comprehending what I was saying. Either way I was not wasting my time any further.

That YES THAT is why I was banned. Yes it is a temp ban, but I will not walk on eggshells because mods or anybody is oversensitive enough to ban anyone over this. It is a JOKE! And those of you who know me know that I am a respectable poster and never attack anyone.

So with that, I bid you farwell. I will miss many of you and hope all goes well in your future endeavors. Sorry to hijack the thread, but this account cannot make a new thread without 50 posts, and I was not waiting to post my farwell.

My advice for you, ignore the " we are such victims and everyone bullies us " people of this site. You will dodge a lot of reports.

You are right, but we still should not have to walk on egg shells.  Banned for "Troll Harder"?  What a joke.

Underrated how?  It lacks power to do too much more than the gen 7 consoles so it wouldn't be able to handle many of the games that the PS4 and X1 are producing without major cutbacks (speaking of current gen only titles like Witcher 3, Batman AK, and even The Division).  It has good games no doubt, but the fact that it has less to offer has a lot to do with Hardware limitations.

 

In my opinion the WiiU is doing pretty much as well as it can in the current situation.  Excellent side console, not a very good main console for MOST.  I look forward to reading your thoughts on how the WiiU is actually underrated as I am curious as to how it could be better without being a completely different console than what it is.

He was twisting everything I said.  He was acting like a troll and I called him out.  This is just another example of oversensitivity gone too far.  There was absolutely nothing hostile about my comments, but this how people are these days.  Pathetic.

Yup, I wouldn't use Adblock Plus anymore either. uBlock Origin is way better:

I, too, hate the ads that are blocking the forum links on my phone. I can never close out of the stupid thing. It's very frustrating and most of the time I just give up and look up something else or put my phone away. Very invasive ad.

You seem to be the oversentitive one since you're going well and truly out of your way to create an alt to break the rules to complain about a conversation that had already ended instead of using an alt to talk to the mods and deactivie it, as per the rules. You're actually lucky you were able to make an alt to break the rules to then get it locked and be able to use your original account. If you are complaining about others not having "tough skin", then maybe you should follow your own advice before dishing it out. Calling someone else a troll is against the rules and you broke said rule and got moderated for it. That's how the rules work.



Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
