Cerealously, it just makes sense for the milk to go second, you need to know how much grain you got first.

I don't understand this logic. Put the milk. Then put some cereal, eat them. If you're still not full, put some more cereal. Rinse and repeat until you're satisfied.

You don't have to spend the time to pour additional cereal if you get it right the first time

I'm guessing you've never poured more sauce over the steak because you got the perfect quantity the first time? 
Milk first every time. Then I pour in a little bit of cereal at a time until all the milk is gone. That way the cereal never gets soggy!

Thank god someone has common sense here.
Cereal. I like the milk to be distributed fairly evenly throughout the cereal, and if I went milk first, I'd have to stir it around before eating. So cereal first seems quicker to me.
