Nope e3 will never be like that again. It has been downsized and for the most part, isnt the sole place to announce new projects anymore. e3 truly is not what it used to be.

That's exactly how I felt when I first saw the trailer. I had just come from school and gotten my first girlfriend at 14 (Heck yeah) and I came home, went online and was all "Omg! Omg!" That day was one of the best days ever.
Laying eyes on a new Zelda game for the first time is a great feeling.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.
I agree with the guy who kept screaming "You the man!" when Shiggy walked out. I love Nintendo...
My Games of 2011:
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Super Mario 3D Land
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Haha, would be cool. I've always loved that video. :p

Nintendo really knows how to put on a show when they want to. I'll always love this video.

Those Nintendo fans were crazy, i think i saw a couple foaming at the mouth
I guess i kinda see why they went all crazy, almost all Zelda fans hated the WW, and TP was like the true sequel to OoT.
The majority of those "Nintendo Fanboys" were the videogame press ... Twilight Princess received such excitement because it was unexpected and it wasn't cell-shaded.
At this time I don't think Nintendo could announce a first party game that would get a similar reaction; it is possible that the announcement of a third party game for the Wii could get a similar reaction, but that would have to be some game ...
