Those 2 teraflops of compute power the PS4 have, simply wont fit inside a smartphone ment to use 3watts at max.

Even 10 years from now, if we crack 7nm production, you wont be able to make a smart phone as powerfull as the PS4.

A smart phone is too limited by power (battery) and heat (cooling solutions).

had to check the appstore quick to see what games are currently popular there. have to say that i don't see what playstation 4 like power would be needed for.

I'll believe it when they stop constantly throttling through out long and extensive use of performance intensive applications ...

My CPU ALONE consumes more than an entire console system at full load and the processor is the latest and one of the greatest from Intel ...

Even if phones had 5 watts instead of 3 their still not coming close to the graphical performance of consoles anytime soon ...
