In no particular order:
- Fetch (Infamous Second Son/First Light), way more interesting than Delsin imo, and the expansion made her even MORE interesting
- iota/atoi (Tearaway)
- Monokuma (Danganronpa, I don't care if it was a PSP game, it only came out on Vita in the west so IT COUNTS FOR ME)
- Kat (Gravity Rush, the narrative/storyline she was in was bad but Kat still is really awesome in terms of design, abilities and her personality is kind of okay I guess?)
- Josh (Until Dawn, though a bunch of characters from this could fit here too)
