Did you read somewhere a confirmation that it was the first pokémon of Gen7? It's possible that he is like Victini (a mythical that is the first pokémon of a new gen) or it is possible he is just a ordinary pokémon. But because he will have a prominent role in the next movie, I doubt he is a ordinary pokémon. Unless proven otherwise, he I'm pretty sure he is a gen 6 pokémon, meaning he would be the 4th mythical after Diancie, Hoopa and Volcanion. 

Nah I'm just assuming as I don't believe they've ever created an new Pokemon not obtainable in the first two games of it's gen, only new forms, but I've only been playing since Gen4 so idk.

It'll be interesting..idk if it hints Gen 7, but I look forward to more info. I just don't look forward to the ending of the XY and Z series. I am really liking this anime series so far.

Though I'll be very surprised if they don't release a third gen 6 game, something like a Pokemon Z

I don't think it's coincidence, but I also don't think it's what you think it is.

I think it's going to turn out that Magiana is based on Diancie. Perhaps even contains Diancie, or something like that. The designs are just too similar.

I hate it when they make so many mythical pokémons in the same gen. Trend they started in gen4. Before it was one every gen (Mew, Celebi and Jirachi), it was fine. That mythical was THE rare pokémon to get. Now ther is so many every gen it's just dull. I end up rolling my eyes everytime they pull a new one out of their a$$.

They probably were like: The more games we do. The less the Leg matter. screw it. Let's pump them out. The games don't even care to make them special. No one goes OMFG you have a Mewtwo. And just forefits. During a match. Not a single comment is given. No one even bats an eye when you have a Master Ball.

No it didn't. It gained charm after gen 2. That and quality.

Well it's been on a steady decline so I'm guessing alot of people feel the same as me. It's definatly lost it's charm, and I used to be a huge Pokemon fan :( I still own alot of my pokemon gear from when I was a Pokemon master xD it holds a special place in my heart Im just sad it's failed to recapture that same charm it had in first and second gen. Maybe Its because I was a kid? I dunno

Wow, I agree with that generally.

Yeah, and I'm not a Pokemon hater lol I still buy at least one version every gen. When I play the newer ones I find that i only want to capture 1st and 2nd gen pokemon and have them in my party xD or though all this talk of Pokemon has made me want to play it again xD
