With GTA4 being centered in Liberty city, do you guys think a PSP and PS2 version would see the light of day soon if at all? Perhaps one in the GTA stories series? Graphicly it would be impossible, but catching the atmosphere of the game can be done with ease. Ofcourse it's very likely we will see GTA San andreas stories emerge before that.

Psp has proven to give the stories series of gta to become multi millionsellers, so it would be profitable. They have also done extremely well on PS2. Next question is, if this happens, does that automaticly mean the PS brand wins the gta war before day one? They may or may not win the 360 vs PS3 battle as far as GTA goes, but they will whoop MS's ass as far as promoting the brand goes.

 Also, if 360 loses the batlle against PS3, will this make Starcraft take his life since he lost his goal in being the biggest fanboy ever?

Maybe a GTA4 Stories on PSP, but I would fall to the floor and cry if I had to see GTA4 on a PS2, I mean, could you imagine how horrible it would look... Makes me shudder just thinking about it.

If yes, then u can add a Wii version too ...

I doubt anymore GTA games will be around for PSP and there's more chance of a GBA GTA than a PS2 GTA.

 I wouldent think so ... theyve tryed to convince R* to make a Wii GTA game , but they refused .... the audience of the Wii is just not enough GTA-centric .

And if you look at worldwide sales and current sales of the PS2, then it's hard to exclude the possibility of another GTA coming to PS2.

The sales figures I linked aren't even complete and the millions sold so far and the userbase of both the PSP and PS2 still expanding to this very day make a gta on PSP/2 unavoidable. I just wonder if GTA San Andreas stories will come before that....

PS2 software sales have declined considerably lately , and PSP software sales arent stelllar . So only if the 360/PS3 version will bomb terribly ( and I doubt it ) only then we would see another stories game ...

I thought this thread was going to confirm that GTAIV was coming to PS2. I reasoned that if it did it would also be coming to Wii.
