I personally think it's looking really great.

I'm more excited about the added functionality and such but visual upgrades are rarely a bad thing.
Looking forward to this.

So apparently there are Miiverse stamps in the game, a whole alphabet of them xD

Edit: The game actually looks pretty good, it even has colors now!

God, I would never though a simple remaster of this game could look so good, I mean this game is so old and it doesnt have an inmortal artstyle like WW, yet it looks really fine, I think they have improved the colors too, this looks more radiant than the original. Looks like Tantalus has done a good job if you ask me.

Interiors look quite good too

Looks about as good as you could realistically expect from a remaster

The textures and lighting look good, but there's something a little off putting about some of the models. They seem a bit too overly simplistic for the level of detail in the textures.

Why do these pictures look a lot better than most of the trailers? o_o

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Because trailers are limited for Youtube quality, something that everybody seems to forget sometimes. A remaster where the key improvements are texture and overall resolution can barely show those improvements when you are seeing a 1080p game on a 720p youtube trailer that, thanks to compression, looks like 480p (the res of the original game), is simple.

Twilight Princess is my third favourite Zelda game after Wind Waker and A Link to the Past.

I wasn't impressed by the way it looked, but the more I see of it, the more those concerns are put to sleep. It's still not impressive looking, but it doesn't look ugly either. The game hasn't aged nearly as well as Wind Waker, but it looks fine enough with the improvements they made. Going through it and exploring it again years after the last time I did will make it feel fresh, and will be the perfect game to play in wait of the eagerly anticipated Zelda U.
