Been gaming since the N64. Really got into it 7th gen. Own all current gen consoles and handhelds. Also, I play all sorts of genres. But I consider myself casual.

I only really play AAA so I guess I'm casual? ;)
I've beaten MLG pro/343 employee Neighbor in Halo which is about as casual as it gets :)

Do you mean in general, or were you looking for specifics?
Not casual, but not totally hardcore. Of a hardcore I have the taste for vast and not dumbed-down RPGs and to try and play every sidequest available, but this often burns me out and then for a while either I don't play at all or I play simpler games. Currently I suspended Gothic II on PC and I'm playing a quite crappy racer on my tablet (although I'd prefer to come back to GPL, with proper wheel and pedals, if that game had less problems with Win 7 64bit). Sooner or later I'll sign up again to Steam at least to redeem the product key of my old physical copy of GT Legends and get Steam updated and Win 7 compatible version without having to buy the same game twice. When I'll upgrade my PC, I'll go again full hardcore on racers buyng one of more amongst Project CARS, rFactor 2, Assetto Corsa and whichever else sim racer available to choose from. The good thing of sim racers is that you can have hardcore gaming experiences also on single races, without triggering obsessive-compulsive behaviours like in vast open world RPGs or in some crappy, but designed to be addictive, casual games, like mobile f2p racers, where the rather poor driving experience is overwhelmed by the collection aspect, cars, trophies, achievements, etc, and the various multiplayer and team rankings, always associated to their own trophies and achievements too.
