I am assuming this is a joke since we have that Xbox guy still around, the polar bear dude, myself, a few handful of voting theads a week, etc. Mony would be out of his mind with how it has become normal. You think the old Xbox thread got to 50 thousand plus posts from quality posting? It was 600 "I got a new game" posts followed by 2400, "Cool" or "sweet dude, congrats on the new game". Then it would all repeat. Then we have, not that I do not enjoy them, the Do you like Bears, do you like sunshine, do you like rain, do you like .....threads.

 

Back in Montys day they would be locked up. I tested the waters out a few weeks back with the add "ing" to a game title thread to see if it was acceptable. It was. I am sure I could make the Word game again and it would be fine.

In the end Carls fight with rampant spamming has more or less failed. Where he was successful with me, he has been unsuccessful as a mod to fight the onslaught of newish members taking up the torch of freedom. That is his legacy along with  this current accomplishment. Just send him a PM and as soon as he goes to read it this accomplishment will be no more.

Edit: I think the old Xbox thread had like 80K, and none of which were quality posts.
