That's quite some rounding up you've done there. If we use the numbers here, that's 16% digital.

And yet I feel as though VGC may have yet undertracked it!

TPHD is Amazon's #1 best selling SKU for the whole year - ahead of individual SKUs of The Division, which is said to be biggest launch of a new IP ever. Something mathmatically seems off. Amazon's yearly/monthly tend to line up decently for NPDif you ask me...

And not even a tiny bump in HW? I know it's remaster, but still it's Zelda...

16% for digital is pretty reasonable. Maybe it's a bit less, or a bit more... who knows? I hope Nintendo share something on their next earnings report.

Probably won't even have to wait that long. I'm expecting they will announce first month sales (including digital) at next month's NPD.

I'm thinking around 500-650k FW WW, with the bulk of sales coming from NA (which is typical from a Zelda title). 1m within a few weeks doesn't seem unlikely though, especially if there's good word of mouth.
