To be fair, science teachers like myself have been preaching the dangers of DHMO for years - it didn't originate from P&T:

Love that one of the clips is "Penn and Teller defend Ron Paul against Frank Luntz and Fox news" even though Ron Paul is not seen, heard, mentioned or even vaguley alluded to in the clip.
That segment about banning water really sets off the alarm clocks.
Does no one have or remember biology class anymore? It is the most plentiful substance on our planet save for hydrogen in the air and the carbon in the very soil.
Dear god, this is just terrifying, it's part 3 of "the end of the world is bullshit" the scary part is largely towards the end with the crazy old guy in a cowboy hat that has a huge underground bunker built out of 42 school buses where he plans on ruling the survivors of the human race. That man is terrifying. Also the guy in the woods talking about defending himself.

Of the episodes of the show I've seen I found the Bible episode to be pretty funny as well as one they had about sex education.

1. There is relatively little hydrogen in the air. It is mostly (80%) nitrogen and (20%) oxygen.
2. Most of the carbon in the earth is not pure carbon but part of a carbon compound.
3. If they had used water's common name (or H2O) it is unlikely anyone could be fooled, though it isn't so hard to figure out DHMO if you remember your prefixes. Hydroic Acid and Hydrogen Hydroxide would be a bit tougher to figure out.
