I think she needs a better surgeon if she recognizes herself that this is still pretty far from perfection. First she needs to get lips that are closer to normal size. Other than that, nothing really sticks out that much, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I'd like to point out (to both sides) that conditions like this are a deviation from the norm, and words like 'healthy', 'ill', and 'sick' are just how we label them. Personally I don't see the point in using any of those words for the condition because what ultimately matters is the affected person's personal experience about it. The condition itself isn't much more than a deviation from the norm. I guess my point is that the labels used for these conditions are mostly results of the social environment instead of words that meaningfully describe the actual condition.
