Monolith going either way is fine with me. While I wouldn't mind them expanding more on Mira, I want to see Monolith branch out and try more things and see what they can come up with

So you HAVEN'T played XCX, yet you claim the world feels empty. Well, as someone who put 140 hours into the game so far, I can assure you that the world is not, in fact, empty at all. It's filled to the brim with interesting locations and tons of enemies of all shapes, levels, and sizes. If there's anything they can improve upon in XCX, it's the depth and amount of story content, as well as the progression of the story--making it flow more naturally rather than doing it in chapter increments.

That being said, I hope they work on something completely new, while still using XC and XCX as a base, as both games do so many things incredibly well. But I'd rather have another huge, beautiful, content-rich world to explore...maybe more fantasy-esque again like the original. Either way, I can't wait. XC is my favorite game ever, and XCX was awesome, so Monolith Soft has quickly become one of my favorite developers.

They rather should improve their current game and fix the tiny Text size imo. I cant argue but someway XCXs characters interest me more than the previous game

I'd actually prefer it if Takahashi moves on to a new Xeno game with a new story and setting.  The only thing I ask is that he keeps the foundation of what people enjoyed about Xenoblade and Xenoblade X into the next iteration like exploration, unique/interesting environments and collecting a bunch of crap because I love collecting stuff in games.

They need to work on a sequel, I think they did a pretty poor job with the story and the cliffhanger at the end, but if it was done like that because they always had a sequel in mind then I understand (if they didn't have a sequel in mind then they were just lazy and never really cared about the story)

Two things, the world is not even empty. There is always stuff to do everywhere..
And yes it sucks the story didn't impress a lot of people but I feel like it was a very good beginning to what can be an amazing story. There's potential to make it extremely good. I just hope they do so.

Time to make Xeno a house hold brand name.

Like Final Fantasy.

Just start fresh and make a Xeno I, then a II, III ect.

instead of adding things onto Xeno, just lable the next game Xeno, and all after the same.

Give them a number and a sub name. Throw in more weight on marketing and potentially you could grow the Xeno brand quite alot.

I think it would be better if they developed something entirely new. After they're done with it, they could go back to the X series or just expanding it. But given that they are a great and talented studio, it would be a waste to just stick to one thing.

Maybe no more Mira, but maybe have their new game include all the races from Xenoblade X and make an interesting story out if them. I'd like to also have a heropon, Orphe and a Ma-non playable...
