Exactly, u cant do nothing/shit.

Jus because i trust NPD over VGCHARTZ doesnt make me an idiot. Based off the fact it VGCHARTZ has disagreed with NPD for 2 months, i say that is preety poor especially after MICROSOFT put their hands up and literally said

"Yh, PS3 beat us for January and February!"

Explain that.

(A), but by simply assuming NPD has 'crappy algorithms', you throw the idea of 'logical statement' out of the window. You can't base on your assumption on a weak "if statement".
(B)  VGC has been more accurate for considerable period of time? More accurate than what? NPD?
(A)  The statement in question was "having more sources doesn't NECESSARILY make you more accurate" and IF you have inferior algorithms/WE THEN you can have less accuracy than another model with smaller sources and superior algorithms/WE.  The logic is sound.  You would know this if you had paid attention.
(B)  Yes.  What other comparison could I possibly be making based on the context of the thread?

(A), that would have you assuming the NPD has inferior algroithms than VGC. a baseless assumption that will be the laughing stock of the internet gaming community if this is suggested anywhere else.

B) Are you telling me VGC has more accurate data than NPD over a extend period of time? yeah, and this is where this debate ends. I see the whole idea of "logic" is completely out of the window, a lost cause.

First, please explain what "Yh" means, I'm honestly very curious.  The first time I saw it I just assumed it was a typo of some kind. 

Second, trusting NPD over VGC isn't AT ALL what makes me say you're being an idiot.  It's the fact, as I said before, that after the OP all you said was:

So aside from one question that you shouldn't even have to ask, all you had to say was RONG NUMBRS and mod-bashing (or ioi/thesource bashing if you had known where the numbers come from).  You had nothing to add to the topic except hate and scorn and that is what makes you an idiot.  I feel safe in saying that your loyalty to the supposedly superior methodology of NPD wil last exactly as long as NPD's PS3 numbers being higher than VGC's.

This website is biased against PS3 so just accept it like we have and don't complain since it is futile anyway. At least the Wii is still winning, the Wii numbers are so good they wouldn't dare try to claim that 360 outsold the Wii.
