No...Fuck that, options are a bullshit excuse, and if you aren't good enough then you don't deserve the ending, just watch that shit on youtube.

Forcing anything, especially difficulty, ruins games, and breeds bad game design.

If the developer wants its as option that's fine,

but extra "options" are a risk, they always take something away too and there is no option to play with out those options affecting the game. At least the developer can make the decision themselves rather than having some stupid standard.

Honestly, this options lunacy is the greatest delusion of this generation.

I really don't mind having multiple difficulty options, though I mostly just choose normal and with some games where the AI is thick as champ I tend to go for the harder settings. JRPG/RPG's on the other hand I just stick with normal, replaying Dragons Dogma on PC and I've already died a few times on normal simply out of being careless.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Pokémon hard mode ? sign me in. Tough probably we'll see it in 7th gen since Masuda stated that they're interested in the feature in an interview after the release of ORAS
