It came with the frame. The actual certificate is about the size of 2 game cases side by side.

Not sure how they have picked this. I've basically been with ps+ since launch and don't think I've ever had my membership run out. I've always bought ps+ when on offer and topped it up. Right now I think my membership is until 2018.

If you were selected they should have sent you a bunch of emails starting from around June last year. I think the number of emails might vary depending what country you are in. I've had about 4 emails whilst some have only had 1 or 2.

Nice. It would have been better if they had a "press me button" that would have Yoshi say things like "you have 14644 trophies!" 

It's a nice little gift. If you qualified, you would of received an email back in June/July asking to give a delivery address. You had a time period to get them your details.

Yes that would be a nice update. Like you said, they obviously track your hours now so why not show us.
