I got mine shortly after E3 2014 because I thought Zelda looked amazing and Target had a good deal going at the time. Here I am a year and a half later with still no Zelda...

First, before I bought the Wii U I wasn't the gamer as I was today (I mostly played PC Games).

I bought the Wii U in 2012 (A few weeks after it launched here in Australia). The first thing that sold me was the gamepad! I didn't even really look at the games but the Gamepad has really done it for me. And now I dont think I regret my purchase. - Well maybe instead of buying the white one, I should have bought the Black one =D

June 2015, I bought it for myself as a reward for catching up on school work (I went to school in France for three months and when I came back to Canada I was pretty far behind, so I needed some motivation to keep me going!)

As for the games, it was mainly Super Smash Bros., but I also got Bayonetta 2 and Super Mario 3D World.
