Act raiser.

If you can track down a copy the SNES version of Sim City (developed by Nintendo) is really wonderful, and has a great soundtrack too, totally that Nintendo late 80s/early 90s charm. Very addictive too.

Meh, owning a SNES is pretty much useless since you pretty much can emulate it perfectly on pretty much any device now.

Wait a minute, What? Then it's not athentic. I own Super NES, Atari, NES, XBox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Wii and 3ds. If I'm going to play a game, I want the authentic feel to it. So no it's not useless and you call  your self a gamer.

To the OP. I love Super Metroid and wish Nintendo would make another 2D Super Metroid 2 or what ever one of my favorite games of all time.

First of all its illegal, dont argue like its something normal and downplay someone for doing the actuall legal thing. And second thing is even if, you can also buy a flash snes cart for 100 bucks and do the same on real hardware and controllers.

That's a pretty bad investment imo.

Like a pretty bad one. SNES doesn't really have a high resell value anyway.

Emulation is not illegal. If he has the games he wants to emulate, it's fine. It would have saved him money
