^ Ditto, I get the 12 player etc is great and all but the most fun I had was with my cousin doing the grand prix on all the different cups and level. Do you knw how much time we spent on the hardest cup doing the rainbow map. Again at for me it is a real bummer. I may end up just getting it bootleg with modified Wii if that is the case. They don't deserve money if they ommited this feature that goes back to the snes days.

Meh, I always did Grand Prix myself, but I do feel bad for those who do care. I'm also pissed about the team only battle mode.
this doesn't really affect me from buying this game, Multiplayer GP is no big deal for me, Im still fine with the multiplayer battles and online races and the other features
