Had to do it, I know Bucharest is a real place. ;) Personally I'm amazed Nintendo is even letting Ubi develop for them, after Ubi pretty much bailing on the Wii U.

Ubisoft is one major publisher and not having them developing for you would be terrible.

Yes and they are experienced with Nintendo hardware. As far as I know they worked on Assassin's Creed 4 for Wii U and Watch Dogs for Wii U. Considering that Iwata said that the NX will absorb the Wii U's system, it may be very similiar to the Wii U and so it makes sense to let people work on games who are experienced with the Wii U.

Because they are killing the machine that gives them profits and leaving another year the one that it's dead with no library announced.

On top of that, killing the neat speculated concept behind the NX: shared OS and library (majority). Releasing one apart of the other kills any hype.

3DS is more dead. All games this year are compltely external productions and late localizations. So it will probably go away earlier.

And the Uisoft guy even said that NX systems won't share the same library. They just share the same OS. Just think about it: developers have one year more to learn the OS.

Who said that Ubisoft got dev kits earlier than October? And more specific: who said that Ubisoft BUCHAREST got dev kits earlier than October?

However, I don't know who asked for a late port of Liberation. Ubisoft is probably doing that because Liberation itself didn't sell well, the game wasn't even profitable likely. A port on a Nintendo handheld may change this. Remember Zombi? It also got a very late port for PS4 and Xbox One. Maybe they are also planning a second Liberation for the NX handheld. It would make sense then to have the first game on it too.
