In a video game world of remakes, remasters and sequels, let's take a moment and celebrate those new IPs that give some freshness to gaming.

Among the new IPs released last year, what game do you think was the best?

What game would that be?

As for new IPs...mmmm... I guess Until Dawn? I'm a sucker for horror and I really dig that slashy campy teenager style.

To be honest, I can't hardly think of any new IP in 2015. I was tempted to say Bloodborne, but it's too Souls-like and I am extremely biased there, so I guess on merits alone Until Dawn deserves it more.

Most fun I've had with a video game in a good while.

Definitely Splatoon. A very fun and innovative game with an interesting art style that took up all of my time during the summer.

Rocket League, with Splatoon as a good number 2

Rocket League is technically a new IP. so, Rocket League.

The only new IP I played this... uhh, last... year was Cities: Skylines. So yeah. Unless Captain Toad counts. But then Cities still wins. Even if it obviously doesn't have a story, a unique artstyle or any characters.
