That's a great game! I need to buy it someday but it's friggin expensive!

Well, I don't want to bother you too much... : S

I have the orignal too, both in English and Japanese o: I couldn't pass on a Japanese one at only 500 yen...

If you can't get the original, Ultra is fine too O:

I love getting wallposts v.v XD

Oh yeah? Damn the Japanese and their game prices ;~; I ended up buying a Japanese Kirby's Dream Course since it was cheaper to buy it from Japan than America

o: If ya wanted to talk about Kirby, Star, I coulda done that.

Standing at my no. 4 spot in my all time fav games is Kirby Super Star TwT That game is soo good. Me and a friend used to beat that game all the time in one sitting. So many awesome powers, good games, and such gooood music. It also has my fav power up: Mirror. Sadly, it was only in this game... Ultra was a good game, but I prefer the old look of the first game. Also, it's easier to play with a friend too x D

Kirby 64 was a great game too. x ) I loved mixing all the powers, getting all sorts of crazy mix ups. I loved the fridge power up. That was so silly. EAT FOOD YOU MONSTERS xD

Kirby is soo good...

the fridge ability was very odd, i never used it unless i had to lol.

and Emulation is a choice, but it's mostly frowned upon.

Lol, don't we all...

Totally right on prices in Japan though. I ended up buying games I wanted in Japanese instead, like Turtles in Time, Megaman X3 and Rockman and Bass. Most of my Japanese games costed 10 dollars most. X3 costed me just under 20. The English price was at least 60... x_x;

Haha, the fridge power was weird, but pretty funny xD I think you can eat the food for recovery too. The electric rock ball yo-yo was cool too, as well as ice skating and the light saber stick thing xD There were so many great powers...!

And since getting an old game like Kirby could be hard, I guess emulation so bad in this situation. But I think it is on Wii VC..?

I'd be set if I could read Japanese. I would never have to buy a retro RPG from America again v.v only exception being friggin Umihara Kawase ;~;

you COULD learn Japanese, but it's a little dificult, sometimes i understand Spanish more than i do Japanese.....

which is ironic, because i have little knowledge of Spanish.  downloading patched roms would be much easier to do than learn the language they happen to be in.... XD

It's actually quite surprising how some Japanese games have English in them, and quite a lot of it sometimes. I have Gradius 3 in Japanese, and it is basically entirely in English. I often forget mine is a Japanese copy. A lot of TMNT4 is in English too. X3 has robot master names in English. I really wonder why they did this... Japanese must have been like "WHat the hell does this English mean??"

Ooh, Umihara Kawase is quite rare, and expensive... I would see it behind glass cases for around 50 USDs... Dunno why that is rare though...

Actually it's pretty much required that English is taught in Japanese schools, so it's not as out of place as you might think! some english might be poorly translated in-game because it 'sounds cool' though, the less sense it makes the 'cooler' it is.... cool huh? XD

Yeah you lived in Japan a while, were the Japanese confused by english text in their games? o.o

I think its because it was a limited release indie title v.v I have the Vita version but I want the original! Or the DS version :3 it's such a great game
