Read MGS and went total "WTF"

Same here. I was like OMG!!! for two seconds lol

That would be the worst possible outcome for the franchise aside from already losing kojima.

Sad... :/

It's official: Activision Blizzard has acquired MLG:

MLG will continue to operate as it has to this date, supporting games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Halo, Smite, Rocket League and Super Smash Bros.

That list contains just pretty much every somewhat known player, even players who played just SnD online or just online in general. Doesn't really seem to have any significance.

I'm new to all this esports stuff, isn't nadeshot part of optic team? Or does he just use that moniker for his social accounts without actually being part of the team?

I see him posting all sorts of gameplay still with other optic members.

Honestly I could see Ubisoft/EA doing a worse job than Activision with MGS :v /ot

Apparently Activision Blizard already made up the loss for buying candy crush and King, they're already choosing new companies to buy to monopolize the market XD

He was on the Call of Duty OpTic Gaming, he retired but didn't rule out ever coming back for the full 100%. Now he's a co-owner of OpTic and a content creator (YouTuber and streaming) for OpTic. The OpTic organization consists of 1 Call of Duty team, 1 Halo team, 1 CS:GO team and a bunch of content creators.
