- clever New Caledonian crows have been known to make tools during laboratory experiments since a decade ago but they have finally been caught on the wild in video, scientist always wondered how they do it

- two biologists in the United Kingdom devised a way to capture the crows while they manufacture tools in the wild on camera by attaching two tiny cameras to the birds tail feathers and it worked

- video footage of the crow in action

I've seen crows cross the street at appropriate times. I wonder how intelligent their evolution can make them?

I'm afraid they might be faking their lack of inteligence in front of us.

...Soon...

I wonder to what extent their sentience goes.

On an unrelated note, I wonder how smart dinosaurs were I mean they were around much longer than us and any evidence of their intelligence would have been erased by now -think there was ever a dinosaur that was at a similar level of intelligence of that of a human?

That note is actually not so unrelated: birds descended from dinosaurs so here we have a dinosaur we call a crow being pretty smart.

We've never found fossilized tools or cave paintings from millions of years ago so I'm going to say no. Plus, they didn't have thumbs like we do.

Some time ago there was Barney though.
