Oh yeah, I watched this a day or 2 ago. I've heard about this info several different times, but I never got tired of it. It's nice to hear where Zelda's roots come from, as well as the development process.
I'm surprised it's by the Game Theory channel as well. That page just keeps growing and growing xD

Already seen the video, makes me wonder if we'll se some original paipers from the development of TLOZ for NES at E3 2016, though Zelda Maker doesn't exist It's still the 30th anniversary so it would be nice of them to show off some stuff we've never seen, in the end Zelda U and the very first Zelda game are the most open world ones in the whole series...

This really gives you an insight on how game development has changed and where ideas used to come from. Back then, the process was more organic. People sat at their desk and thought about what would make a fun game that nobody has played yet. Then the publisher would figure out how to market the game.
Nowadays, a game is often based around the success of somebody else's game. Then they have to think about demographics and appealing to particular markets. If you ever wondered why so many games look the same and are marketed the same, this is because the creative process has shifted from the developers to the marketing executives.
