The Steam Store is down right now but you can see your library and I don't have any new games, and my credit card and pay pal info is clean, so I assume I'm save.

I'm lucky I don't use automatic payments on Paypal. I always have to login to paypal to confirm all payments. Dodged that bullet too. Anyway, for paypal users go to your automatic payments on your account settings and remove steam. That's how you do it.
