PC might be the next best way to play all of the Tales of games :/

Its worth it!

Waiting/Hoping for Tales of Eternia, Phantasia, Legendia and Of the Abyss to be released so I can double dip on them n_n

Those run on emulators. I also recommend the original Phantasia for it's dirty jokes...

Will be getting God Eater for PC ...

Not a fan of Tales ;(?

Eh? Works for me, I am not a fan of GE...

Its coming out on the PC. Of course, it will be digital only. So if you were planning physical then just skip it. The game is shovelware anyways.

Edit: The localization of the Gundam game was not expected. I know someone who will love that news.

Yeah, I do have a PC, but I would prefer to have it on console. I would like to play this with friends, haha... I guess if I don't have any other options, I can do PC.

If you have a XONE streaming from your PC to the XONE does the trick.

The one piece game on Xbox is so random when all the others are ps/PC only. Odd.

It's mainstream so it will sell there. Tales and GE are niche, so they won't sell.

Tales of Berseria PS4/PC as well

Like I was saying last week. PC is quickly becoming the best place to play the Tales of series.

How? ps4 and pc version look identical, and having no physical version on pc kills it for a lot of peo

In my defense, I thought the same at some point, but I have decided to try full digital this gen and haven't looked back.

Also, am I the only one who preferred the Tales games when it wasn't a Bamco IP?

Redundancy!

All this and still no EOH for PC. Well I'm still on vento aureo anyway.

Well the last tales games had options to raise the resolution past 1080 so theres no way they will look identical. Also if they keep releasing tales games on PC then soon like Final Fantasy you will be able to play them all on PC. Slightly makes me regret getting rid of my gaming PC but oh well. My GF loves the PS4 a lot more and I'm able to play games with my cousin online. Plus I at least still get the new Tales game. The last one was ok at best though so I hope they improve the story.

yeah but when is resolution enough? 1080p is fine as it is now, most PC gamers dont have a 4k tv or monitor. They look indetical froms graphical assets

External HDD support and flash sales together with GWG are incentives to quit physical gaming altogether...

Thank god, they cancelled the ps3 version of tales of beseria so the game can maybe move more hardware in japan without it.

Games I might buy:
- Tales of Beseria
- One Piece: Burning Blood
- (God Eater Resurrection)
- (God Eater 2 Rage Burst)

Wuhu, more games to play for my ps4

Really... i don't understand that post. What do you get from the fact that the game isnt on the PS3 in the west? Its beeing released on the PS3 in Japan, so the game will still be constrained by it on a graphical level.

All you're saying is: I'm happy those that only have a PS3 in the west won't get to play it. That makes you happy how?

Yeah but the underlying point here is that while they may look somewhat the same for now, that is to say they won't exactly in the future with mods, sweetfx, downscaling etc, for most of my games I always end up going for sweetfx which comes with it's own little changes that make things a difference for me and with games like Star Wars Battlefront we actually get a resolution scale for the visuals in general so we could technically use DSR and the in-game's res scale setting to kill practically any edges while making it look quite stunning.

Also Witcher 3 recently got a community mod despite the lack of the toolkit being released and this mod changes things quite a bit: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1021/?

With time games can change, mdoders did manage to unlock that 30fps to 60 after all. The one thing I see it coming down to is time and community effort to see changes happen.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Came in to post this but looks like you got it. All of this is why the PC is going to be superior. Me personally I tried both console and PC gaming they both have their pros and cons neither one is perfect. Overall I've choosen to go back to console gaming but I'm no longer going all digital which kind of sucks. Physical is just much cheaper on consoles and with no option to try a game before I buy it I'd rather not waste even more of my money. That was the thing I loved about PC gaming I always got my monies worth. If I didn't like a game at most I waste $30. When I got a PS4 on release I wasted $250 in 2 months buying all brand new games I didn't like digital with no way to get my money back.
