I think GitS is still well-know enough to get a decent game.  I'm not talking about that multiplayer shooter on PC. Like a straight up third-person action game made by  Platinum Games or Rockstar.

I'd love one based off Stand Alone Complex, could have some fun and creative elements.

I know Nexon has pretty much got a hand in the latest GITS IP but I still think it has possible potential, especially with how far they went to grab Mary Elizabeth McGlynn to provide her voice for the Major again, when I saw that trailer and heard her voice I got nice SoC vibes.

So far it claims it's on early access on Steam but I personally haven't been able to grab it yet and I really want to give it a shot sometime, it's been far too long since we last saw a GITS game, though I would like a Deus Ex style GITS game than an fps.

The guys over at PCGamer took a look at it and I do like the team based buffs you get from sticking together like a squad should rather than COD style lone wolf every match.

A game based off of stand alone complex would be worth playing. It would be pretty cool if it was an action rpg with TPS combat though.

Anything but pulling an Arise again =P.
