So Devil's Turd came out and no one can find it in stores and it is available online for a ridiculous $100.

This is most likely due to an extremely small amount of copies printed by Nintendo, making it extremely rare. Like seriously, the game came out like a week ago and I checked Gamestop's website and the game wasn't available for 100 miles.

This is making me think that the small quantities of the game may make the game valuable for anyone who is looking to collect a full Wii U collection, kinda like Stadium Events on NES (though I am not saying it will be  quite on the same scale as that game).

Well if it's already a $100, I'm pretty sure it's going to be extremely hard to find in the future.

I see it all the time here in Australia, every EB Games I have been to has at least one copy.

I doubt it.. unlike other games that had small number of prints, this game isn't widely wanted, meaning that only collectors would be getting this game and most would not even bother

Are they PAL or NTSC? PAL is not as rare.

Even if it is rare, it's a game a lot of people don't care about, so the only people whol will pay a premium to get it are the die hard Wii U fans and collectors.
