I was worried my eyesight was deteriorating when playing The Witcher...
They fixed it somewhat but still... How big of a Tv do these people want me to buy?
I feel you.

welcome to HD gaming.
most HD games I've played I can barely read the text on lol.
| Nem said: Yeah, the tiny font is annoying. The witcher 3 launched with the same issue and was latter patched. With that said, beeing Nintendo i'm not holding my breath they will do it for this game. Increasing the size or changing the font would probably bring formatting errors and stuff like letter off windows. |
Yeah, this.
i remember that batman arkham city on wiiu, played on gamepad, i couldnt read the letters too.
my xenoblade x copy didnt come yet to see what happens, though.
This is one of the biggest complaints I have with the game. I'm surprised I haven't heard more crit about it.
Anyone know if it was an issue with the original Japanese release.
Yeah, I've stopped playing a few games partly due to how small the font was before. I can understand the frustration.
Yeah, that's my only complain so far. But this is a big flaw, the text is so tiny that I don't bother reading a lot. That's a big X for Monolith.
Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever
Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe
Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

I started it up over the weekend. I gave up reading some of menus and icons and I'm just learning things by trial and error. I'm not getting up to read skill icons. :-/ (I'm playing on a 46" TV too)
hardly unplayable.
It just ends up making me only play in a few hour spurts instead of like 8 hours at a time.
My eyes get a work out reading the small text at times. It's readable, but not comfortably.
But you can easily run around for hours not reading anything.
