Jet Grind Radio and Jet Set Radio Future- the best of all time, way to underrated but i guess it was a niche kind of thing. even the loading screen sound was cool

Halo- best theme song of all time
Bioshock
FF 10- best of all FF's
Baten Kaitos
just about every LOZ
GTA vice city- but i think gta 4 will beat it

also war hawk and motor storm had some of the best i heard all year, but nobody ever mentions them

usually sports and racing games have the best soundtracks.

Yes, you are right, i forgot JSRF, the soundtrack of that game was the best, every song on every stage. ME is in second place.
