That's for best score. Best soundtrack goes to Vice City. Best music for a rhythm game would be Daigasso! Band Brothers on the DS. So many NES jams and NES medleys, and "Smoke on the Water" and a bunch of J-Pop. The expansion pak for the GBA slot is amazing too, with "Ashley's Theme" even.

I dont remember very good music and sound of the games but, my number 1 without a doubt is mass effect, the sound in that game is just amazing. There are other games to, like Wind waker, i love that game and the music in it, just remember the opening theme make me feel very good. Halo has good music to.
