That's for best score. Best soundtrack goes to Vice City. Best music for a rhythm game would be Daigasso! Band Brothers on the DS. So many NES jams and NES medleys, and "Smoke on the Water" and a bunch of J-Pop. The expansion pak for the GBA slot is amazing too, with "Ashley's Theme" even.
