You guys all realize that these videos are all of different quality and compression and cannot be used as actual representations of how the games would look on said consoles with proper settings and setup.

this pictures of Uncharted are even worse then the clip. Look at them again. They do not look realistic to me. Yes they are very colorfull but everything looks like plastic. More colors doesn't means better graphics. Anyway, the clip from gamersyde catch my attention. I need to find that game and to play it. Only then I can judge it.

Though uncharted has great graphics, what keeps it from being the best on the list is the lack of realism. Real jungles simply are not that shiny.  

Since when does how real something is have to do with graphics? Naughty dog said they wanted the game to look more cartoonish than photorealistic.

You know, to me Gears of war doesnt have that great graphics. i mean they are pretty good, but everything is gray and towards the end that kind of bothered me a bit. And i need to buy Lost Odissey. Havent played a good JRPG in a while (i herd its good).

Uncharted is on top buy far. It is not supposed to have a real look to it for thouse complaining above, Naughty Dog went for a painted look for the whole game. Next in line is Gears of War and Ratchet, but for differant reasons. Ratchet has more going on at one ime than any other game this gen and it lloks beautiful @ 60 fps while doing so. Gears looks amazing, with high res textures, and decent lighting, but at 30fps, and very limited action I put it below ratchet. Mass Effect, Lost Odyessey, and resistance are all about the same to me. Resistance runs the best with the worst graphics, while the other two suffer from unfinished looking levels and slowdowns.

If I was 15 years old I will probably think like you, but I'm 30 years old male. I start playing games 15 years ago with Wolfenstein 3D. Doom, Heretic, Hexen, Blood, Quake - I miss this days. Nobady can attract me with games that look like cartoons. I stop watching cartoon many years ago. If for you Ratchet & Clank is best off, for me it doesn't.

And by the way gametrailers "Best Graphics" for 2007 is Call Of Duty 4 (Crysis was out due to big hardware requirements). Gamespot "Best Graphics" for 2007 - Crysis.
