So, it looks like Undertale is going to win gamefaqs.com "Best Game Ever."

I will be completely honest, I am a bit of an Undertale fan. It's my game of the year, possibly of all time. I have never enjoyed a game so much in a long time. Once it was entering the finals for Undertale, I was excited.

However, after today, it saddens me to see all the hate and greed between fans of all games. Melee fans are angry. Nintendo fans are angry. Even Undertale fans themselves are gloating at other fanbases.

I want to remind everyone, this is a poll, voted by the people, that doesn't affect your opinion on games you like or hate, it doesn't force you to believe a certain game is better than the other, and it is just for fun.

I wanted Undertale to win, but at this sacrifice? It's sad even if a game wins fairly somebody will be there to ruin it for everyone.

Is this what humanity has come to?

EDIT: I also want to point out I am not mad people don't like Undertale, I am mad they don't like it because their favorite game lost to it.

Yep, this is the internet at its finest.

I wouldn't take the GameFAQs tourney too seriously, in the end it's just a popularity contest.

Even if Undertale wins or loses, I could care less.

This. I keeping seeing people complain on Gamefaqs and I don't understand why anyone cares. Overall I hate the gamefaqs community. I'm almost positive most of the users on that site are children.
