Biggest economy does not mean that they can develop games. Just like in other forms of art/entertainment as movies and novels, it takes a whole lot more than just money to develop such contents. They will first need to build up an environment and culture that stimulates people to have creative ambitions.

Bruh, Epic Games (Gears of War, Paragon, Infinite Blade, Unreal Engine) and Riot Games (League of Legends) are owned by a Chinese company.

Yet they aren't Chinese game developers. They are owned by a Chinese company. It's just like Ubisoft Motreal isn't a french developer just because it's owned by a French company.

Around the Network

China do not have the reputation of Japan.

Could replace America. No one would mind.

LOL! America has tons of reps tbh. Fallout, Naughty Dogs games, Half Life, GTA, etc. And they have arguably the most loved gaming company in the world: VALVE corporation (STEAM creator and owner btw)
