I have high expectation of this movie because the previous two have been amazing, I´m pretty sure this one is going to deliver as well.

Trailer looked cool. My expectations are low though.
"As a Teacher i also sit besides my Female students when they sleep..."
I know, right? The thrill of it just gets my blood pumping like....

They should dub over apocalypse voice with the one from the 90's cartoon, that will always be the voice of apocalypse in my head, its like trying to watch star wars with the darth vader's original voice it was a stroke of genius to dub over vader's voice, sometimes a voice really makes or breaks a character.
Also looks like xavier did 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and ran 10km everyday for 3yrs man.

100% AGREE! Loved this trailer but the voice should be from the 90s cartoon. It would do alot for this movie similarly to when they used primes old voice in transformers.
Why is a Mystic spending all of her screen time without her blue skin? Costs too much for the make-up?

| LivingMetal said: I remember I was a HUGH X-Men fan back in the late 80s and early 90s. In fact, I was a bigger fan or the original team. So I was pretty excited when I heard Marvel was going to bring back the original five characters in its own series called the X-Factor. Before I sold them to a friend, I had the first 75 issues of the X-Factor, including multiple copies of several special issues. Of course I recall the first appearance of Apocalypse in these pages. Now, enter the X-Men movies. I've never seen and smelled such a pile of steaming crap that did little to no justice to the original source material. I NEVER expected a cinematic production to mirror its original printed source to the "T." But the X-Men films were just plain wrong, and just the movies themselves leave me with no emotional attachment to make the entertainment investment worth my dollar. Pass. |
Heh. I've never read the original x-factor, but I absolutely loved Peter Davids more recent run on it. He is such a good character writer, and I loved the book as a truly good team book, where every character got equal exposal, and the rooster wasn't too bloated. His overall plots tend to get a little muddled though.....
It was sad to see it end, I guess he was getting bored of the characters.
