Touch based buttons? Wut?... Why do they think dedicated gaming systems were special?
Why not? I'm always impacient to try new ways of playing games, so everything outside the standards is fine by me. I rather liked a lot previous experiments like the WiiMote, dual-screen handhelds and the Gamepad, and this idea sounds cool to me. Just don't remove physical buttons, it would be a pain to play without them.
Didnt we have a thread about this like a week ago?

Yay! now your controller will feel like gameing on your smart phone! Who needs physical buttons anyways.
