Now, maybe 4 are console exclusive, 4 are console debuts and 2 are timed exclusives.. What this results in paper: PC gets 4 of those games. It might get some of the others. Using a concrete example, Nioh could very well get a PC version but I doubt NNK2 will (NX seems like the safe bet). NX gets 4 or at best 6. X1 might get between 4 and 6, but possibly even 0. Ps4 gets all 10. Retains the advantage over the other platforms that regular exclusivity would give it. |
Really how many games will are coming to PC or other consoles that are not coming on PS4? It's the same all around... go where the games you want are!
There will always be someone that'll compare a console to PC and blablabla... like exclusive games on other platforms are lesser games because they are also available on PC... I get a déjà vu out of all this debate.

My take on why the topic is hot right now is this.
Pretty much all my friends who used to own an xbox 360 lost interest in xbox one and switched to PC.
There the ones who seem to make the most noise, my firends who were PC only gamers for life really don't give a fuck. They only care more about how awesome their rig looks and that they can maintain min 60fps on highest setting. Never once do they bring up consoles, apart from I prefer to play with a keyboard and mouse.

Would it actually cause them issues if there was a single slider from the graphics options which wasn't at its highest? Sounds a little odd to me.

PS4 is just a low end PC "for dummies" who don't want to build one and with some good exclusives. So there's that.
Physical vs digital is another funny thing. If you like physical good for you but digital is definetely better because it pollutes less and you can't lose/break your games. They are forever attached to your account and you can download them 1 or a 1000 times. Oh and also they are MUCH MORE CHEAPER specially on Steam summer or christmas sales hehe.

Yeah that's more or less how I see it. Years ago I used to prefer physical and hated digital but now times are different and I actually prefer digital despite me still having a CD drive installed in each rig I've built, HDD's are pretty damn cheap these days and SSD's are getting cheaper with time for some brands which just benefits the digital area for me, that and being cheaper. That said I still buy physical games when it comes to 3DS and a bit of digital since cartridges don't really scratch the way DVD's do.

I bought both and i am enjoying both.... I think we all can agree that the Gaming community is the worst community ever, and i have been in the Metallica vs Megadeth fanboy fight which have lasted 25 years.. Gaming is slowly becoming psychological warfare... I hate when people treat entertainment more then what it is, especially when we start lashing out on each other, over what?`Subjectivity? I would understand if we all was scientist and was fighting over a discovery but damn it.,..
