Wii U and 3DS owner..

only got one 2015 game: Splatoon. Really enjoy it and was totally worth it.

Since I like to play a few games for a long time, I rate 2015 7/10

Decent year with many long to very long games. I have yet to play Bloodborne, MGS 5 and Batman. My biggest time sinks were Elite Dangerous, Fallout 4, Mario maker and Witcher 3. (next to last year's DriveClub, GTA 5 and The Crew)
I played some smaller games as well, Nom Nom Galaxy, The Order, Everybody has gone to the rapture, The vanishing of Ethan Carter, Tearaway unfolded, Project cars, Armikrog, Toren.

Plenty good games, yet nothing surprising or so good I want to play them again. There's not really any game in there that is a real goty for me. Grim Fandango remastered can have that honor. 2015 7/10

Overall a good year.
There were not a lot games in 2015 but most of the games in 2015 were nice (The Witcher 3, Bloodborne, Just Cause 3)

The Witcher 3 really made other games like Fallout and MGS V look inferior in comparison. Well done. Splatoon, despite its content being limited at launch, proved to be the most fun I've had in a multiplayer setting all year. I really think many games this year failed to meet my expectations. MGS V was the biggest offender. Both Star Wars Battlefront and the Order showcased some of the most amazing graphics I've seen on console, yet lacked substanced in just about every other area. The Order's story was a complete joke.

8/10 for the year.

An epic year of gaming that promising to be even better in 2016.

And yet, I had a lot of fun this year. Highlights include playing BC games on my Xbox One, streaming to PC/Laptop on Windows 10, FINALLY getting a PSTV, falling back in love with 3DS and Vita, Mario Kart 8 DLC

It was meh. No real stand outs for me this year. Pretty much all the new games I got were for PS4, with none for my 3DS or Wii U.

You asked how is rate each console:

Xbox One: 9/10
Where I spent most of my time playing. The library kept me satisfied though much of it was spent playing last year's games or older (thanks BC!). I spent a criminal amount of time using it to watch TV, Twitch, and WWE Network. Resident Evil Revelations co-op with my daughter was also a high point. Currently my favorite gaming device

PS4: 7/10
Still the powerhouse. Had a great time with the fun but flawed Arkham Knight and sleeper hit Until Dawn. MGSV was a disappointment. 2016 should be phenomenal.

WiiU: 6/10

The library is great but the intriguing new titles have slowed to a crawl. Still the best porn viewer in my house.

New 3DS/Vita: 8/10

Don't know why but I've fallen back in love with portable gaming this year. Having a good time replaying old games in my library. Xenoblade Chronicles, Run Sackboy Run, and Majora's Mask are 2015 highlights.
