If you're in the gaming community, you're on the corporation side as well.

If you're in the gaming community, you're on the corporation side as well.

Games like Minecraft wouldn't be nearly as big as they are if they hadn't that omnipresence on Youtube and Twitch. And streamers would find other games to stream. In this day and age, there's no lack of games to play.

You have no idea how litle money it actually is. Nintendo is not doing this for the money, but for the control.
"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Another terrible, obvious troll thread from you. You should not garner any attention in the form of legitimate responses. At best, a few dismissals. Ideally, you should be ignored.

100% disagree.
It's free advertising and the money made on YouTube is small compared to what these companies make.
If Microsoft decide to claim minecraft these youtubers who do it part time or full time will find another game to do instead. Meanwhile another company will make a minecraft clone and they move back to that. youtube made certain games big. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
Hm, billion dollar companies panhandling for a few extra million in income? Seems kind of pathetic to me.
