Forums - Nintendo - The Examiner is the first reputable company to give Xenoblade X a perfect score!

The only reputable opinions are apparently the opinions I agree with.

I share this sentiment... Only about me.

simple statement and it is absolutely true.

Why is this a thread? I don't understand you.

The examiner score is used in metacritic?

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

So you have been playing it? It is that good?

IGN has put over 50 hours into it and still no review.

Perhaps they want to experience the whole story before making a review? If so that's reasonable

You want their review to release in July 2016?

I've been playing it.  the world is gorgeous and very very big.  I hate it when I couldn't find certain points and all of a sudden oh it is it there in an elevated terrain, so how could I go there. LOL.

really big for exploring, it may take me more than 30 hours as suggested by some for me to buy a Skell.

Music is fine, really hard to compare to the XC as time passes by, you'll love the music, that is how I've got addicted to XC OST.  The character models are the only thing that may put off some as it is not like FF style models.  More into anime like characters with big eyes and you can even have colors into it, not a fan of the eye coloring, makes my avatar having a glowing eye like a cat.

I've only clocked 8 hours, I'm into chapter 4 and I'm on level 12.  I need to grind or do the side quests, normal missions, on top of the story missions. :)

There are a lot of things to do, and you can change your divisions and I'm still trying to figure out how to change my division.  Don't want to discuss that much into detail to avoid spoilers.

For me, it is really a good JRPG, maybe going into a great JRPG. Let's see I still have today to extend my playing time to XCX.

Jose mentioned in NVC that it was a bit side tracked.  And Peer mentioned that they don't want to release a review that doesn't comprise maybe until almost the end, in a sense.  roughly maybe 70-80% near completion, i guess that what his statement is about.

the world is just massive and for me figuring out where to go, it may take additional time than normal.

so Jose needs to complete maybe the whole story, not the whole game itself, it would really be punishing to have nearl 100% playthrough including the superbosses (which I believe would have the same thing as XC).

saw in Jose's twitter account - .’s Xenoblade review just got pushed to Monday. Our editorial review standards demand we finish each game we review. Sincere apologies.

Good.

No more BS 7.8/10 too much water scores, then, right, IGN? The problem with this approach, however, is that you still don't have much proof about this...

He needs to publish proof, preferably on Miiverse where the screenshots are native.
